Providing Support Through COVID-19
Just like many of you, we are putting measures in place to ensure our staff stay healthy during this difficult period. We have decided, in line with current official advice, that our development team will work from home for a period. As a business we are used to remote working and we will continue to provide the exact same high level of support. We do not anticipate that any project deadlines will be affected.
Avoiding non-essential travel
As our development team is now working from home, if you hear the odd dog bark in the background we apologise! We are using various remote working tools (Slack, Whereby, Skype etc) to co-ordinate development & support. All our phone lines (including dedicated application helplines) have been diverted and will be picked up as normal.
Meetings are now video calls or conference calls
Where possible, all meetings have been converted to remote meetings, by keeping separate we can limit the amount of risk by contact.
Infrastructure monitoring
As all of our hosting infrastructure is already remote, we anticipate no impact on service delivery. We will continue to receive system monitoring updates as usual.
For all our customers with our bespoke systems, the best way to contact support is always through our ticket system.
